Papers on the theme based on research, practices, case studies, or experiences are invited from information and library educators and researchers, information professionals, librarians, IT professionals, and ILS students. The papers which address the current and future critical issues of information and library education and practices are most welcome. The full paper must be submitted by
May 31 June 30, 2023. The paper will be double-blind reviewed by the International Program Committee and notified to the contributor by
June 16 July 4, 2023. If the paper is accepted, the author will be requested to register and submit a full paper to be published in the conference proceedings.

Double Blind Review:
- To maintain the technical quality of the conference, we use double-blind review for all submissions.
In double-blind review:
- Reviewers’ identities are not disclosed to authors.
- Authors’ identities are not disclosed to reviewers. Moreover, reviewers will respect the spirit of the double-blind process, treating each submission on its own merits, and not seek to research the authors’ identities.
To ensure double-blind review:
- Submissions should omit author names, affiliations, acknowledgements
- Other details (such as URLs and project/product names that may disclose identity) should also be omitted or disguised.
